OUR STORY

We are Meggy and Giulia, two sisters who founded Paglia Milano in 2012, an Italian sustainable fashion brand. Combining our skills in fashion design, architecture, and graphic design, we brought to life a project born from the synergy of creativity, research, and attention to detail.

We believe that sustainability, ethics, beauty, and elegance can coexist in every collection. For this reason, we create garments designed to last, capable of accompanying those who wear them season after season, beyond trends.

 

Our philosophy

Our passion for fashion is rooted in our family's history, a tradition we have chosen to reinterpret with a contemporary outlook.

We design essential, versatile garments with meticulous attention to detail, intended to enhance the wearer and make them feel comfortable. We love tailoring, the quality of materials, and a design that can be lived in over time, building an authentic and conscious wardrobe.

Material research

For our collections, we select high-quality fabrics from the production surpluses of Italian haute couture. This choice allows us to valorize existing materials, reduce waste, and offer unique garments, produced in limited quantities.

Fabric research is the starting point of every collection. We collaborate with suppliers who share our values and select precious fibers to ensure quality, comfort, and durability.

Our design approach

Every garment is born from the balance between elegance and functionality. We believe that a dress should accompany daily life, enhancing the wearer without sacrificing comfort.

We design clean lines, essential volumes, and carefully studied details, so that each garment can be worn naturally on different occasions and become part of a wardrobe designed to last.

Our collections

All our garments are designed and manufactured entirely in Italy, collaborating with workshops and manufacturing companies that preserve the artisanal knowledge of our territory.

We produce limited-quantity collections because we believe in the uniqueness of individuals and in fashion that is far from mass production. Each garment is created to be chosen, worn, and lived in for a long time, becoming part of the story of the person who wears it.
